The Mid America CropLife Association (MACA) quarterly meetings will be held June 14-15 at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark – 1 S Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102.

To participate please do the following:

  1. Register for the meeting by completing the form below.
  2. The committee meetings will be held Wednesday.
  3. Join the group for lunch starting at noon.
  4. A special event is being planned for Wednesday afternoon. We’ll be getting a behind the scenes look at Eckert’s Belleville Farm sustainable farming practices that have been specifically tailored to the unique environment and ecosystem within the region. They are a seventh generation. The cost of the event is $16.00 and covers the transportation. Food and beverage will be at your expense.
  5. The board meeting will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday morning and will conclude by 11:00.  Please plan your departures after that time.
  6. Please extend a personal invite to someone from your company or someone you know in the industry to attend the MACA meetings on Wednesday.
  7. Reserve a room at the hotel by clicking here.  The room rate is $259 and includes the $50 meeting fee. The room block is open thru May 14, 2017.
  8. In an effort to control costs, there is a charge of $50 per person to defray meeting costs and is included in your hotel room rate – if you are staying at the hotel. Otherwise MACA will invoice you following the meeting. (Cancellations must be received in writing by noon, June 7, 2017 in order to receive a refund. If a person registers, but does not give proper cancellation notice, the person will be billed accordingly.)
